We interview all potential pet and house sitters at our offices in Basingstoke in Hampshire and this gives us an opportunity to get to know them, understand their capabilities and suitability and put a face to a name.
We use the interview to discuss candidates’ experience with animals in detail and to gauge their ability to cope with certain situations, to ensure they’re competent and fit for the pet sitting job. We also take this opportunity to verify their DBS check certificate as well as their passport and other required identification.
We pride ourselves on our comprehensive interview process, which helps us to select the right house and pet sitters to join our team of Angels.
